Presenter Guideline

  • Before clicking the registration button below, please prepare your abstract document file in Microsoft Word format by using this template. The presenter registration form requires you to upload the abstract file.
  • Please save your abstract document by following this naming convention: abstract_presenter-last-name_presenter-institution.docx, for example, if your name is Muhamad Rafi, then name your file as abstract_rafi_ipb.docx.
  • If you have more than one research paper abstract to submit, please kindly add a number at the end of your abstract file name, for example, if you are Muhamad Rafi and you want to submit 2 abstracts, then name your files as abstract_rafi_ipb_1.docx and abstract_rafi_ipb_2.docx, each file must be submitted separately in the different registration submissions. The link to add more response will be available after you have submitted the first abstract.
  • The deadline for abstract submission and registration is OCTOBER 25, 2021, after that the registration form for ICCAI 2021 will be closed.
  • You may also upload your registration fee proof of payment/transfer in this form if you already have it prepared [OPTIONAL]. Otherwise, you can always go back to the registration form before OCTOBER 26, 2021 to upload it later by clicking the EDIT RESPONSE link in the confirmation email sent by GOOGLE FORM.

Non-Presenter Participant Guideline

Since non-presenter participant does not have to upload any abstract file and wait for the abstract review process, we kindly recommend you to finish the transfer of registration payment before opening the Registration form link below. Therefore you may also upload your registration fee proof of payment/transfer in this form. Otherwise, you can always go back to the registration form before OCTOBER 25, 2021 to upload the receipt later by clicking the EDIT RESPONSE link in the confirmation email sent by GOOGLE FORM.
